Research shows that consistent progress comes from regular check-ins and accountability, which is why I recommend starting with a three-appointment package for new clients. After that, individual sessions and monthly packages can be arranged. To ensure you feel supported, I also offer unlimited text and email support between appointments to answers any questions - big or small.
