I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), functional hormone specialist, and wellness blogger with a background in nursing and psychology.

I know we live in an overwhelming world where we are disconnected from our bodies, natural rhythms, and environment. I definitely been there myself. My mission is to help you connect with your intuition, regain balance, and tap into your innate wisdom and power to heal.

​My passion for holistic living stems from my own journey of exploring how food, herbs, and lifestyle choices can transform our well-being. Over the years, I've learned that true health isn't just about what we eat, but also how we live and care for ourselves.
My approach combines modern science with the wisdom of traditional, holistic practices. By blending these perspectives, I provide bio-individual, evidence-based guidance that supports the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. ​​

You can also work with me individually or in a group setting. Though I am trained in many facets of health and wellness, I specialize in women's health, fertility optimization, gut health, and the mind-body connection. ​
